This plot-by-plot selection is the fruit of very rigorous work during which the Gallety estate pushes its know-how to the maximum, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

Description

100% Syrah

Yields of 12 to 15 hl/ha. Maceration for 45 days, followed by aging in new oak barrels for 2 years. This wine is bottled without fining or filtration. 

This wine has a crimson-red color with purple tints, and is full-bodied and fleshy on the palate, with hints of licorice. A nose of black fruit and spices. 

Best opened 1 hour before serving.
